Clodagh is responsible for managing compliance and risk at all levels in the business. ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and maintaining and monitoring the effectiveness of the firm’s risk management framework.
Clodagh has over 20 years’ experience working in financial services having previously worked as Head of Compliance in ZAIS Group Investment Advisors, held key roles in financial software firms Cognotec and Misys, and in ABN AMRO.
Clodagh holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies (Banking and Finance) from University College Dublin and a Professional Certificate in Compliance from the Institute of Bankers and is a member of the Association of Compliance Officers of Ireland.
